You can delete your Hoboken Parking Alerts account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to install the app to make a deletion request.
If you registered with a phone number and receive SMS alerts, reply STOP to any message we've sent you. Your account is deactivated immediately.
Open the Hoboken Parking Alerts app → tap the ⚙️ gear icon on the home screen → tap Unsubscribe. Your account is deleted from our backend and your device is unregistered from push notifications.
Email noparkingsupport@gmail.com from any address, including the phone number you registered with. We will delete your account and confirm within 7 days.
What we may retain (for the shortest time necessary): summary logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance, with no personal identifiers.
When you delete your account, we also remove your identifiers from Firebase Cloud Messaging (push tokens are invalidated) and from our Twilio delivery records where possible. Your carrier's own SMS logs are outside our control.
